This Privacy Policy explains how CoachOwl (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and safeguards information when you use our website and application (the “Service”).

- Account information — your name, email address and the role (trainer or client) you sign up with.
- Content you create — clients, plans, messages, media, progress logs and payment records you add to the Service.
- Usage & device data — basic technical information such as browser type and interactions, used to keep the Service reliable and secure.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- To enable coaching features — messaging, plans, payments and progress.
- To secure accounts and prevent abuse.
- To communicate important account and service updates.
How your data is stored and shared
Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase for database, authentication and storage, and Vercel for hosting) acting as processors on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with these service providers as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.
Security
Access to your data is protected by authentication and row-level security so that users can only reach the records they are permitted to. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry practices.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your rights

Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
