These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CoachOwl (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

CoachOwl provides tools for coaches and their clients to manage programs, messaging, progress and payments. We may update, add or remove features over time.

Your account

• You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding agreement.
• Coaches are responsible for their relationships with, and obligations to, their clients.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorized to, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments collected between coaches and clients through the Service are the responsibility of those parties.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CoachOwl is a software tool and does not provide medical, health or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachOwl is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
